Sea Fishing Reels

In order for a reel to measure up to sea fishing, deep spools, hard brakes and a reinforced mechanism are required. There is nothing that wears as hard on a reel as sea fishing, it is heavy baits, strong fish and salt water that unsteady causes a reel to break. So if you want to go to Norway and fish for halibut, you need good equipment, it can cost a penny but it's worth it!

A pure sea fishing reel can be used for many trips, while a simpler model can, in the worst case, break after just a few sessions. Sea fishing reels do not necessarily have to be multi reels, although that is the most common, many also use reel reels in size 6000-10000.
