Spinners & Spinnerbaits

Spinners are a very effective bait, especially when the water is warm. The spoon spins, creates sound waves and reflects light incredibly well in the water which can be difficult for the fish to resist.

Spinners can be used for many different fish species. Among other things, spinners are used to catch perch, grayling, trout, char and rainbow trout.
Remember to use a good bait lock or claw before pulling so that the line does not twist.

Spinnerbaits are a type of bait where the spoons sit on the top of the spinner. This makes it easier to fish in areas with a lot of vegetation. The idea is that the task of the spoons is to knock off the grass before it settles on the hooks. Works really well!
