Travel & Telescopic Rods

Telescopic rods are, as it sounds, telescopic, which means that the rod is made in many parts that are pushed into each other to make the rod as small and compact as possible. These rods are made with most different casting weights.

The advantage of these rods is that they do not take up much space. Perfect if you are hiking or traveling. The downside to these rods is that they are made in so many parts which means more break points. More breaking points often mean that there are more parts that can break more easily, it also means that the rods often become heavy and the feeling in the rod deteriorates. These rods can often be perceived as a little more "sloppy" than, for example, two-piece rods. But these rods are a perfect complement if you are going away and it must not take up too much space.
